1: In a large mixing bowl, combine corn meal, salt and baking soda. 2: In a medium bowl, beat eggs thoroughly. 3: Add onions, peppers, cheese, oil, creamed corn and crawfish to beaten eggs. 4: Pour into corn meal mixture and mix well. 5: Pour into 12 x 14 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. 6: Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
